Ability to access plans through multiple avenues electronically: Building Connected, Google Drive, Smart Bid
Proficiency in rebar software packages such as SHEAR 97 or similar
Mathematically sound and able to calculate all necessary data accurately
Ability to track jobs and project manage multiple projects at one time from start to finish
Detailed, accurate, and thorough. Good verbal and written communicator. Customer focused
